Before we spring forward for Daylight Saving Time, let’s flip things upside down.

Join us for our First Friday Yoga Social as we explore the art of headstands in this playful, confidence-building workshop.

 

We’ll spend about 45 minutes on the mat breaking down the foundations of  Headstanding (Sirsasana) — focusing on alignment, shoulder strength, core stability, and safe progressions.

 

Whether you’re brand new to inversions or refining your balance, you’ll have wall support, guided drills, and options to meet you exactly where you are.

Shift your perspective. Build courage.

 

Find your balance.

Then, once we’ve turned our world upside down, we’ll turn the lights down and wine down together with a glass of wine and community connection to kick off the weekend.

The R&R Unwind 


with Michaela 



The R&B Wind Down is a 75-minute candlelit slow flow + yin class designed to help you unwind at the end of the day.

Expect ~45 minutes of smooth, breath-led flow followed by deeply restorative yin postures.

Low lights, soulful R&B, and an unhurried pace invite you to slow down, release tension, and settle into rest.
