Wine Down Wednesday

Join us for a special one-night event designed to help you unwind, connect, and reset. This 75-minute experience begins with a grounding, slow-flow yoga session and ends with your choice of a glass of wine or a soothing herbal tea. As a gift to take home, you’ll receive a crystal and an affirmation card to carry the good energy with you. Expect candlelight, soft music, and soulful movement—perfect for midweek self-care. Join seasoned kids' yoga teacher Katie Pisani for a fun-filled and informative yoga class tailored for ages 6 -11.

Katie aims to equip children with the tools to help them navigate their emotions, promoting better physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being. This class typically involves a check-in, breathwork, discussion, movement (yoga postures), partner poses or yoga games, relaxation, journaling or artwork, and plenty of giggles.

So, drop off the kids and relax.

Ground Thru Sound
with Malaika Floyd

Join Malaika for a 60-minute sound experience at The Yoga Hive Atlanta. Using therapeutic singing bowls and various other sound instruments, feel your body shift into a deeply relaxed state, where time disappears, physical boundaries dissolve, and problems and worries melt away. I can't wait to connect with you through sound!

Ashtanga Beginners Series
with Kathy Koher



Have you been interested in learning the transformational Ashtanga method but haven't been able to make it to an early morning session? Then the Ashtanga Beginner Series is just for you!

We will meet on Sundays at 2:30pm for four weeks. You will be introduced to the sun salutations, standing postures, backbends, and a short closing sequence. By the end of the series, you will know the foundational postures of the Ashtanga practice, proper breathing, and how to connect to breath and movement.

Class size is limited to 10 students. 

Investment: $95 - includes 4 Beginner Classes and unlimited access to Mysore classes during the month.

Drop-ins are allowed but do not get access to Mysore sessions.
