STUDIO POLICIES & COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

We are implementing the following measures to ensure everyone’s safety:

  • Proof of Vaccination Required: Please bring your vaccination card or a photo of your card as proof of vaccination. You can also send a photo to hello@theyogahiveatlanta.com. Your profile will be updated to show the date of receipt so that we can all slow the spread of Covid and practice safely together in community.

  • Pre-Registration: We accept online pre-registration for all our classes. Please download our app to register. Update (8/22/22): you now have the option to sign in on a communal device, however, should you wish, you will have the option of a touchless check-in procedure; just let the front desk know. Hand sanitizer is at the front desk for your use. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to get situated.

  • Reduced Class Sizes: Class size is reduced to a maximum of 18 people to allow for social distancing. Our app has a waitlist feature that you can add yourself to and it will send a push notification to you if a space becomes available.

  • Personal Protection Gear: The CDC has updated mask wearing to be optional for our area.

  • Mats and Props: We have communal props for you to use while you are at the studio, if you feel comfortable sharing (blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters). We have hospital grade wipes to use should you want to clean your props before or after use. If you would prefer to have your own props we suggest purchasing them through Everyday Yoga.

    • We think having your own mat is always best, however, we do have a few mats to borrow and also sell mats at several different prices points. Bring a water bottle (we have a hands-free filling station) and any additional props that you may need for class.

  • Cleaning Procedures: We will be performing comprehensive cleaning between classes with extra detail to high-touch surfaces, as well as maintaining a continuous flow of air circulation throughout the studio.

  • Cancellation Policy: Due to such limited space in the studio and to encourage good user habits, we must implement a strict cancellation policy. We offer free cancellation up to 8 hours before class. Any no-shows will be charged $20 and late cancels within the 8 hour time window will be charged $10. This applies even if you have a membership. As a small business, we want to ensure that classes can run at capacity. Virtual participants are also subject to the above policy.

  • Health Concerns: If you or anyone in your family have been exposed to Covid-19 please refrain from entering the studio for 5 days in addition to testing negative. If you show any symptoms of a fever or flu, please do not come to class. If you have been to the studio and have since been diagnosed with Covid-19 please notify us so that we can take the correct steps moving forward.

  • Late arrivals: We aim to start classes on time. If you are running late, we will admit you to class after the opening meditation. We kindly ask that you wait at the front door and we will let you in as soon as we can.

  • Age Limit: We welcome children 16 years and up to participate in group classes. Should you have a child younger than 16 years of age wanting to participate in group classes, please contact the studio directly for consent.

  • Refunds and Returns: All sales are final
