Retreat into Oneness offers a respite from the chattering mind and busyness of life in the healing energy of the Georgia mountains. This retreat offers the perfect opportunity to reground, become centered and experience the revelation of your own innate wisdom just in time for the start of the holiday season.
Programs and events are designed to get you out of your head and into a profound experience of your body and soul.
The weekend includes yoga, breathwork, vocal toning, drumming, sound meditation, guided meditation, journaling and a cacao fire ceremony.
Experience the divine “I AM” presence with your hosts, Rebecca Galla-Jones, founder and teacher of The Yoga Hive Atlanta, and certified vibrational sound therapist, GabrielNelson Sears, founder of Gabriel of the Light.

Opening Circle + Meet and Greet: 5pm
Yin/Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra* + Sound Immersion: 7:30-9pm
Breakfast: 8-9 am
Yoga Flow: 10-11am
Intro to Vocal Toning: 11-12pm
Vocal Toning: 3-3:45pm
Reflective Time and Journaling: 3:45-4:45pm
Gentle/Restorative Yoga: 4:45-5:45pm
Bonfire and Drumming Circle + Cacao Ceremony: 7:30pm
Guided Meditation: 9:30-10:15am
Yoga Flow: 10:30-11:30am
Closing Circle: 11:30-12pm
*Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage, typically induced by a guided meditation relaxing the body gently little by little encouraging a dreamlike quality.

Price includes the course fee, room, meals, and grounds fee but does not include taxes. Full price is shown upon selection of room type prior to registering. A 40% deposit is due at the time of registration with full payment due 1 week prior to the retreat start date. What to Expect
DATE & TIME DETAILS: Check-in begins at 3 p.m. on Friday, and check-out is at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
To help deepen your retreat experience, Elohee does not provide televisions or internet access (unless you bring your own hotspot). Cell phone service is excellent for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. Your car will be left in a secured parking lot, and you will be shuttled up to your room upon arrival and shuttled back down to your car at departure. Shuttle service to your car is available at any time. All facilities at the top of the mountain are within a 5 minute walk of each other, with some gravel roads. 2 cottage rooms are ADA compliant, and all cottage rooms are on ground level.

Deposit: A 40% deposit is due at registration. Each registration deposit includes a non-refundable $100 processing fee.
Full payment is due 1 week prior to the start of the retreat. If your payment is not made in full 1 week prior, Elohee will charge your card on file for the remaining amount owed.
Refunds are available (minus the $100 processing fee) up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. If you cancel between 2 weeks and 1 week prior to the retreat, Elohee will retain the entire 40% deposit.
Elohee does not provide refunds if you cancel 7 days or less.
**If you cancel 7 days or less because you have tested positive for COVID, Elohee will refund your payment minus the 40% deposit, no exceptions. Must provide proof of positive COVID test.
In the event that any damage to the property, facilities, or facility contents occurs as a result of the participant’s willful actions, neglect, or recklessness, participant will be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness. In this instance, an itemized list of damages and repair costs will be assessed and your credit card charged.
