Join Rebecca and Kathy for a week of yoga, breathing, and meditation at Xinalani,. Between the lush jungle and the turquoise sea, you can relax, unwind, laugh, make new friends, and create memories that will last a lifetime. You don’t have to know the first thing about yoga; you just need a sense of adventure and curiosity. We will guide and nurture you and help you find more joy and playfulness as you unplug and reset.

The Location

Xinalani is only 12 miles south of Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Their 250-yard-wide private beach is accessible only by boat.

The Yoga
​
All levels of practitioners are welcome! Whether you’re a newbie, a seasoned veteran, or returning to the mat after a long break, Rebecca's and Kathy's classes will provide plenty of options for exploration and space for self-inquiry. We will offer Mysore/Open Studio in the morning and a more restful experience in the afternoon. Additional opportunities for guided meditation, pranayama, and yoga nidra will be offered some evenings.

A typical day at Xinalani:
7:00-7:30 AM Morning coffee and snacks
7:30-9:30 AM: Mysore/Open Studio
9:30-10:00 AM: Pranayama and Meditation
10:00-11 AM: Breakfast
11:00 - 1 PM: Free time
1:30-2:30 PM: Lunch
3:00-5:00 PM: Free time
5:30-6:30 PM: Evening Yoga
7:30-8:30 PM: Dinner
8:30 PM: Socialization or early to rest

Terms & Conditions
Mexico is open to all visitors without proof of vaccination or Negative PCR test needed. The US is no longer requiring testing for re-entry.

Cancellation Policy
​
Please note that deposits are non-refundable and reserve your spot for the retreat. Payment plans are available. 50% of payment is due May 1st with full balance due no later than August 1st. If you need to cancel for any reason between July 1st and August 1st, we will refund your money less the $200 non-refundable deposit and a charge of 20% for cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after August 1st. We need to pay the retreat center in advance and appreciate your acceptance of these terms.

Travel Insurance
